Eligibility
Houses built or renovated by the Sharon Housing Trust, Inc. are open to families who live and/or work in Sharon, and whose household income is less but not greater than $52,000 - $93,000 depending on family size and other factors. Application forms can be downloaded below or are available at the Sharon Town Clerk’s office

To apply for supplemental financing for down payment, closing and other costs, click below and download the application form from the web site of the Housing Development Fund, a partner of the Sharon Housing Trust, who can provide such additional financial help.
